Arthur’s Day 2010 with Guinness – SOULed Out, Hartamas

For a limited time only, SOULed Out, Jarrod & Rawlins, Royal Oak and Finnegan’s will have GUINNESS® infused foods as part of their countdown to Arthur’s Day celebration.

GUINNESS® Battered Fish and Chips: Snapper fillet coated with GUINNESS® batter, deep fried till it’s golden brown and crisp, served with mixed salad and chips.

GUINNESS® Chicken Yakitori: A generous serving of Japanese marinated chicken skewered with sprint onion and grilled to perfection, topped with Guinness teriyaki sauce.

Lastly, my favourite of the night

Meatballs in GUINNESS® Sauce: Seasoned meatballs which are grilled till golden brown, cooked over Guinness infused beef stock and served with crusty Guinness bread.

After our meal, we got to hop on board the Arthur’s Day Bus which was fully pimped out!

After a tour on the bus, we headed back to experience on how to pull a perfect pint of Guinness!

Overall we had a great time, eating and drinking. Think its time i appreciate stout :D
